Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DaxHive website, the DaxHive Academy, and our subscription services, operated by DaxHive HQ Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Unit 101, Oxford Towers, 139/88 HAL Old Airport Road, H.A.L II Stage, Bangalore – 560008, Karnataka, India.

By accessing the site, enrolling in a workshop, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Last updated: 21 June 2026.

1. Services

DaxHive offers:

  • DaxHive Subscription — a monthly subscription bundling Marketing, Technology, Accounting and Legal support for Indian businesses.
  • Founding Member Programme — a pre-launch reservation programme that locks a discounted subscription rate upon payment of a ₹3,000 deposit.
  • DaxHive Academy — live, paid, online workshops on finance, technology and business skills.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or enquiring. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and/or Cashfree Payments, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your payment details are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
  • Workshop access (joining link) is provided after confirmed payment.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers. Your rate will not change during a notice period.
  • Founding Member: the ₹3,000 deposit locks the founding rate and is fully adjusted to your first invoice. It is 100% refundable if DaxHive does not launch by 15 August 2026.

5. Academy workshops

  • Workshops are live, online sessions. Session dates and times are published on the Academy page.
  • Joining links are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp before the session.
  • Sessions may be recorded; recordings are shared with registered participants only.
  • We share knowledge and tools in good faith but do not guarantee specific results, certifications, income, employment, or outcomes. Results depend on your individual effort and circumstances.
  • Bonus materials (PDFs, templates) are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Subscription services

  • Services are delivered remotely by our team, on timelines agreed in your onboarding.
  • Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel anytime by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate service for non-payment or material breach of these Terms.
  • The exact scope of services for your plan is confirmed on your onboarding call.

7. Intellectual property

All content, materials, branding, workshop content, and documentation ("Content") are owned by or licensed to DaxHive HQ Private Limited. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party services

Our services integrate with or rely on third-party platforms including Google (Workspace, Meet, Analytics), Zoho, Razorpay, Cashfree, and WhatsApp/Meta. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Marketing communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service communications (e.g., joining links, invoices, support messages) from us. If you also opt in to marketing communications, you agree to receive promotional messages via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing sahamofamily@gmail.com.

10. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any workshop content or service without our written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the site or services.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DaxHive HQ Private Limited and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DaxHive HQ Private Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or pandemics. We will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to resume performance.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with notice, for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections 7, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by written notice to sahamofamily@gmail.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
