DaxHive HQ Private Limited ("DaxHive", "we", "us", "our") operates the website daxhive.in / daxhive-india.web.app and the DaxHive Academy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
By using our website, enrolling in a workshop, or subscribing to our services, you consent to the practices described here. Last updated: 1 July 2026.
1. Who we are
DaxHive HQ Private Limited is a private limited company registered in India. Our registered address is Unit 101, Oxford Towers, 139/88 HAL Old Airport Road, H.A.L II Stage, Bangalore – 560008, Karnataka, India. We are the Data Fiduciary (data controller) for all personal data collected through this website.

2. Data we collect
- Identity & contact data — name, email address, phone number, organisation/college name — provided when you enquire, enrol in a workshop, or subscribe to our services.
- Payment data — transaction IDs and payment confirmation. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details are processed exclusively by Razorpay and Cashfree; we never see or store them.
- Communications — messages you send us via email or WhatsApp, including support requests.
- Usage & technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected via Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- Advertising & conversion data — when you visit the site or complete an action (such as an enquiry or enrolment), the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may record the event together with device and browser identifiers, so we can measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

3. Legal basis for processing
- Consent — you provide explicit consent when submitting a form, enrolling, or opting in to marketing communications.
- Contract — processing is necessary to deliver a workshop or subscription service you have purchased.
- Legal obligation — we retain certain records to comply with Indian tax and company law.
- Legitimate interests — analytics to improve our services, fraud prevention, and security.
4. How we use your data
- To process payments and deliver workshops, subscription services, and the founding-member programme.
- To send joining links, session recordings, bonus materials and service updates.
- To send marketing communications — newsletters, offers, event invites — only where you have opted in (see Section 7).
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- To analyse site usage and improve our offerings (via Google Analytics).
- To measure ad performance, track conversions, and show relevant ads on Meta platforms (via the Meta/Facebook Pixel).
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
5. Third-party service providers
We share your data only with the following trusted processors, strictly to deliver our services:
- Razorpay (payment processing) — PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Cashfree Payments (payment processing, if applicable) — PCI-DSS compliant. Subject to Cashfree's Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics (site usage statistics), Google Workspace (email and collaboration), and Google Meet (workshop delivery). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Zoho Corporation — CRM, email, and business operations. Subject to Zoho's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for conversion tracking, ad measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram, and WhatsApp for customer communications and workshop updates. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not allow our service providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
6. International data transfers
Some of the above providers (Google, Zoho, Meta) may process data outside India. Where this occurs, we rely on those providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards, and their compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Marketing communications — WhatsApp, SMS & email
We may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to share updates, offers, and event invitations. The following terms apply to all such communications:
- Opt-in: we send marketing messages only to contacts who have explicitly provided their phone number or email and ticked an opt-in checkbox, or who have transacted with us and consented to follow-up communications.
- Message frequency: typically 2–4 messages per month. Frequency may vary during launches or events.
- Opt-out — SMS: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Opt-out — WhatsApp: reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any WhatsApp message, or contact us at sahamofamily@gmail.com.
- Opt-out — Email: click "Unsubscribe" in any email, or email us at sahamofamily@gmail.com.
- Data rates: standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to SMS communications.
- No third-party sharing: your SMS/WhatsApp opt-in consent and phone number are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We comply with TRAI regulations governing commercial communications in India and, where applicable, the TCPA (US) for any SMS campaigns targeting US recipients via 10DLC-registered numbers.
8. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function (e.g., session management). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. These are set only with your consent. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Advertising: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel sets cookies to measure ad conversions and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These are set only with your consent; you can manage them via your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
9. Data retention
- Workshop enrolment records — 3 years after the session date (for accounting and tax compliance).
- Subscription records — 7 years after contract end (Companies Act, 2013 requirements).
- Payment transaction records — 8 years (Income Tax Act requirements).
- Marketing opt-in records — retained until you opt out, then deleted within 30 days.
- Support communications — 2 years after resolution.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access controls, and secure third-party payment processors — to protect your personal data. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 and IT Act, you have the right to:
- Access: obtain a summary of your personal data we hold.
- Correction: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 1). If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
